About Us
The company was founded in 1938 under the name of Courson Seating Company and operated under that name until 1970.

At that time, Thelbert L. (T.L.) Whitfield became the owner and the name was changed to Leeds Seating Company.

In January 2001, Mr. Whitfield passed away but the strength of family has kept the business thriving, with his wife Barbara becoming President of the Company and daughters, Lee Ann and Marion being a vital part of keeping their fathers dream alive.

At the present time, there are three generations working in the business along with Lynn Crow, who was Mr. Whitfield's right hand man and a very valuable asset to the day to day operations.
